Types of Payment Accepted:

Visa, Master Card, American Express
PayPal
Google Checkout
Money Orders
Checks (when they clear, of course—who do you think we are, the Royal Bank of Ankh-Morpork?)

Shipping charges:

In the US by Media Mail: $3.50 for the first book, $1.25 each after that.
Priority (2-3 days) and Express (1 day) shipping cheerfully provided for an additional fee.
International: please contact us for specific rates to your country.

Packaging:

We wrap the books in bubble wrap, then either cardboard and a bubble envelope (for single items) or more bubble wrap and a box.  Orders above $50 get insurance included.  Insurance for orders under $50 is available...a few extra bucks—let us know.

Refunds:

If you're not happy, we're not happy.  Let us know what the problem is and we'll try to fix it.  If we made a mistake, we'll not only refund your money, we'll pay the return postage.

Privacy:

Any information you give us is kept strictly private. We don't share information with anyone.
